The following questionnaire will help me assess the quality of a match between you and one of my dogs, and identify areas in which we may deepen your understanding of the breed. I want to be sure tha tyou will be getting a puppy or dog that you are happy with, and equally important, assure me that my puppies will be going to the BEST homes!
