I solemnly swear to abive by the agreements listed below. I accept that these agreements constitute a sales contract between myself and Jane and/or Morgan Bishop (hereafter referred to as sellers).
1. ______________________________________________________________, (hereafter referred to as Buyer), agrees to purchase the Dog named ___________________________________________________________; color__________________________, AKC#________________________, microchip or tatoo if applicable: ______________________________, for the price of $__________________________.
2. Dog is being sold as show potential for the purpose of exhibition in AKC conformation shows.
3. Dog is being sold, (Sellers to initial one of the following): a) _____On a co-ownership with seller, or b)_____ As an outright sale with no co-owership with Sellers.
4. Co-owne Dog must not be neutered without written agreement of Seller(s).
5. Seller(s) will be allowed free stud service from co-owned Dog.
6. If Dog cannot be kept by Buyer, then Dog must be returned to Seller(s) and to no other group or individual including but not limited to, Animal Shelters or Humane Societies. The cost of returning Dog is the responsibility of the Buyer. AKC registration papers must be transferred back to Seller(s).
7. Buyer agres to provide Dog with adequate food, water, shelter, veterinry care and exercise on a leash, or a safely fenced yard. Dog must not be allowed to run loose (except during competition ie: agility/coursing/field trials/obediance trials), or in an adequately fenced safe area.
8 Buyer agrees to notify Seller(s) when dog dies, or if Buyer has a change of address.
9. Seller guarantees Dog to be Veterinarian checked in good health at time of sale. Sellers HIGHLY recommend that Buyer has dog examined by their veterinarian within 7 days after purchase. If within the first 14 days of purchase, the Dog is found to be unsatisfactory, the Buyer may return Dog, at Buyer's expense, for a refund of full purchase price (as long as Dog is returned undamaged by illness or injury). After 14 days and up to 30 days after the purchase date, the Dog can be returned for 1/2 the purchase price. After 30 days, no money will be refunded. If the Buyer no longer wishes to keep the Dog after 30 days, the Sellers will re-purchase the Dog for $2.00.
10. If in the Sellers opinion, the Dog develops a fault(s) which would prevent it from being competitive as a show dog (as long as the Dog has had proper food, care, socialization and sufficient exercise in order to develop properly), the Seller(s), at their discretion, will replace Dog with another show potential Dog at no charge.

12. Failure of Buyer to comply with the above contract entitles Sellers to punitive damages in the amount of $5,0000.00, as well as court costs, and return of Dog to Seller(s). All proceedings to take place in Lancaster County, Virginia, or current county of residence of Seller(s).
ALL PARTIES HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE CONTRACT.
