Jane M. Bishop (hereafter referred to as stud dog owner) agrees to provide stud service by her male dog named:_________________________________________________________________________,
AKC #______________________, to the bitch named:_______________________________________,
AKC #______________________, owned by:______________________________________________.
2. At the time of the mating the bitch owner agrees to$150 (non-refundable) to the stud dog owners. (This will be deducted from the total amount of the stud fee).
3. If the mating results in at least two live puppies, then the bitch owners agree to pay the balance of the stud fee. The stud dog owners will provide a signed litter application at that time.
4. If no puppies result from the mating, or if less than two live puppies result from the mating, then the stud dog owner will provide another mating to the same bitch by the same male, (or mutually agreed upon bitch to mutually agreed upon male).
5. Bitch owner must provide, at time of mating, a negative brucellosis test. Any veterinary costs, progesterone timing tests, or board at stud dog owner's kennel will be the responsibility of the bitch owner. Board may be charged if the bitch remains at the stud dog's kennel in excess of one week. Costs incurred which are the responsibilitiy of the bitch's owner also include travel expenses to and from airports or other means of transportation incurred by the stud dog owner. The stud owners will not be liable for any injury or illness incurred to the bitchi while at the stud dog owner's kennel.
6. Bitch owners agree that no puppies produced by this mating will be sold to pet stores, animal brokers, or to the Orient. Bitch owner will screen potential purchasers in an attempt to place them each in quality homes.
