I solemnly swear to abide by the agreements listed below. I accept that these agreements constitute a sales contract between myself and Jane Bishop (hereafter referred to as Sellers).
1. ___________________________________________________, (hereafter referred to as Buyer), agrees to purchase the Bitch named___________________________________________ color: ______ microchip/tattoo number (if applicable)________________________, AKC # _______________, sire:_________________________________ dam:______________________________ whelped:___________________ for the price of $__________.Reservation deposit of $_________ due by _____________ to hold the puppy.
2. Bitch is being sold as show potential for the purpose of exhibition in AKC conformation shows.
3. Bitch is being sold, (Seller(s) to initial one of the following: a) ___ On a co-ownership with Seller(s) OR b)_____ As an outright sale with no co-ownership with Seller(s).
4. Co-owned Bitch must not be spayed without written approval of Seller(s)
5. Seller(s) will be allowed to take co-owned Bitch for one litter at Seller(s) expense. Buyers will sign AKC lease form at that time allowing litter to be bred solely by Seller(s). Buyer is not required to breed the Bitch. However, if there is a co-bred litter with Seller(s) then all parties must agree on a stud dog. Seller(s) has an option to take 2nd pick puppy, and Korsakov must be part of all puppies names. Applicable if bitch is sold on co-ownership only.
6. If Bitch cannot be kept by Buyer, then Bitch must be returned to Seller(s) and to no other group or individuial including, but not limited to Animal Shelters or Humane Societies. The cost of returning Bitch is the responsibility of the Buyer. AKC registration papers must be transferred back to Seller(s).
7. Buyer agrees to provide Bitch with adequate food, water, shelter, veterinary care and exercise on a leash, or in a safely fenced yard. Bitch must not be allowed to run loose in an unfenced area (except during competition i.e.: agility/cousing/field trials/obediance trials).
8. Buyer agrees to notify Seller(s) when dog dies, or if Buyer has a change of address.
9. Sellers guarantee Bitch to be Veterinarian checked in good health at time of sale. Seller(s) HIGHLY RECOMMENDS that Buyer has Bitch examined by their Veterinarian within 7 days of purchase. If within the first 14 days of purchase, the Bitch is found to be unsatisfactory, the Buyer may return the bitch, at Buyer's expense, for a refund of full purchase price (as long as Bitch is returned undamaged by illness or injury). After 14 days and up to 30 days after the purchase date, the Bitch can be returned for 1/2 the purchase price. After 30 days, no money will be refunded. If the Buyer no longer wishes to keep the bitch after 30 days, the Seller(s) will re-purchase the Bitch for $2.00.
10. If in the Seller's opinion, the Bitch develops a fault(s) which would prevent it from being competitive as a show Bitch (as long as the Bitch has had proper food, care, socialization and sufficient exercise in order to develop properly), the Seller(s), at their discretion, will replace Bitch with another show potential Bitch at no charge.

12. Failure of Buyer to comply with the above contract entitles Seller(s) to punitive damages in the amount of $5,000.00, as well as court costs, and return of Bitch to Seller(s). All proceedings to take place in Lancaster County, Virginia, or county of current residency of Seller(s).
ALL PARTIES HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE CONTRACT.
